According to the information, Shashank Kanthoria, originally a resident of Jhansi, works in a central government establishment, he lives on rent in Vasundhara Sector-1 with his wife and three and a half year old daughter. His wife Priya Sharma is also working as a senior accountant in a central government establishment.

According to the complaint, in February, Priya had joined the Fitness Head Quarter Gym located in Vasundhara. It was here that he met gym operator and trainer Pratap Singh. During this time, the closeness between the two started increasing and a love affair developed between them. Police said that both wanted to get married, the news of which came to Shashank. That is why there were disputes between husband and wife every day. Due to this, both of them made a plan to remove Shashank from the way.

As part of the plan, Priya Sharma's boyfriend entered the house wearing a mask on Monday evening and attacked her husband with a knife. The attacker made about 12 slashes with the knife. In which he was badly injured, fortunately his life was saved in this attack.

According to the police, after the attack, Shashank had given a complaint against an unknown person, but when the police started investigating the matter, the whole matter became clear as glass. During the investigation, the police investigated the case with the help of CCTV footage and other digital evidence. After interrogation, the police arrested Priya and Prabhat. At present, the matter is subject to police investigation and legal process.

Priya Sharma's first marriage took place in 2018. The first husband was unemployed due to which both of them got divorced after a dispute. After this, in 2019, Priya was posted in the Postal Department. Here she met Shashank, they both had a love affair. After this they got married in 2019.
