The schedule of ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup 2027 is out. This tournament will be played in Bangladesh and Nepal from 21 January to 6 February next year. Two-time champions India have been placed in Group A along with co-hosts Nepal, West Indies and Ireland. Team India will start its title defense campaign against West Indies in Kathmandu on 22 January.

Bangladesh and United Arab Emirates (UAE) will play the opening match of the tournament on January 21, while Australia will face Nigeria on the same day in Sylhet. Group stage matches will be played till January 26. After this the Super-6 stage will start. The matches of the tournament will be played in Chattogram, Sylhet and Kathmandu. Both the semi-finals will be held on February 4 in Chattogram. The final will also be held on 6 February in Chattogram.

Pakistan is in Group B

Pakistan team has been placed in Group-B. This means that there will be no competition between India and Pakistan in the group stage. These two teams can face each other in the next round of the tournament. Pakistan's group includes South Africa, New Zealand and Samoa. Australian team is in Group-C. Apart from Nigeria, there are also teams from Bangladesh and UAE. Group D has England, Sri Lanka, America and Scotland.

This is the format of the tournament

This is the third edition of the Women's Under-19 World Cup, in which 16 teams will participate. All the teams are divided into groups of 4-4. After the group stage, teams will qualify for Super-6. There will be 2 groups in the Super-6 stage also. The top-2 teams of these two groups will enter the semi-finals, from where they will move towards the title.

• Group C – Australia, Bangladesh, Nigeria, UAE
